WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Order Processing:
Please note that all of our products are custom made so normal order processing can take between 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Free shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 within the United States.

Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 7 or 8 PM. 

Shipping Delivery
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days once shipped depending on delivery location. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. 

We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 5 PM Friday - Sunday will ship the following week after our normal order processing time excluding holidays. 

Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Multiple Shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal the total for the entire order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Returns 
You can return products purchased on our website within 14 days. After 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are ineligible for being returned: 

- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products
Downloadable books and journal pages 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@intentionallyyou.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@intentionallyyou.com and send your item to:

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
